Peekskill Man, 22, Fatally Shot

PEEKSKILL, N.Y. -- A 22-year-old Peekskill man was fatally shot last night on Park Street, according to multiple reports.

Officers responded to the scene after hearing gunshots at approximately 10 p.m. The victim unresponsive and he was taken to New York Presbyterian Hospital where he later died, reported News 12.

The identity of the victim has not been released. The shooting is being considered a homicide, according to police.
